Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can return your order under the following conditions:

1. Returns
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened software, SIM cards, or digital products.
• Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
• Personalised or customised items.

3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed within [5–7 business days] to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (€8.99) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.

4. Exchanges
• If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
